VROC Australia Pty Ltd

Small and Medium Enterprises

Overview

VROC is new to the defence sector in 2026 and is currently undertaking robust go-to-market efforts to drive awareness and position our solutions in this sector. That said, VROC was founded in 2016 in Perth and was purpose-built for asset owners and service providers across Oil & Gas, Mining, the Built Environment and Maritime, VROC enables secure data integration, visualization, automation and predictive AI at scale. VROC’s technology extends directly to Defence sustainment and base operations—supporting fleet-wide predictive maintenance, performance optimisation and operational resilience in complex and contested environments, with minimal data science overhead and strong sovereign control.

Capabilities

Our services provide industrial and defence clients the ability to: a) democratize the use of data within an organization, and utilise a modern approach to data storage, analytics and data visualization and be able to reliably access data and extract real-time valuable insights. b) remotely monitor, control and automate an unlimited number of assets and systems, from one centralised IoT platform. c) embed automated end-to-end AI enabling engineers, asset operators and SMEs to build AI models without any programming knowledge or experience. Our AI offers a unique holistic approach to analysing timeseries data across the entire plant/asset, rather than just individual pieces of equipment, and the platform can detect minute anomalies, with accurate predictions often days-to-weeks in advance. Customer teams can act on these insights, plan interventions, implement predictive maintenance and optimize operations. Key Capabilities - Artificial Intelligence, Information Technology Services, Sensor Systems, Predictive Maintenance, Process Optimisation, Process Control and Automation VROC’s capability stack is built on three integrated pillars:

  1. DataHUB+: A secure historian and integration layer (Single Source of Truth).
  2. OPUS: A no-code AutoML platform for predictive analytics.
  3. OASIS: A Web-SCADA/IIoT control and monitoring platform. All the above are underpinned by engineering services for hardware/software integration. The stack addresses the ““toughest AI adoption challenges””: real-time OT integration, rapid deployment at scale, and whole-of-life cost effectiveness.

Discriminators

Discriminators:

  • Battle-tested in live operations - our solutions are already deployed in real industrial environments (O&G, Mining, Utilities, Built Environment) and proven in critical infrastructure and asset-intensive environments.
  • Our solution is built on sovereign and secure architecture - there is no dependency on external AI APIs or hyperscale platforms. Clients retain full ownership of operational data.
  • Operationally scalable AI - our solution is built to scale across large asset fleets with high volume and high velocity ingestion capability and automated end-to-end ML/AI lifecycle.
  • Rapid operational deployment - integrates rapidly with existing systems. AI models developed into production in minutes once data is connected (no-code AI model development).
  • Use cases - strong cases developed over years of working in industry, including predictive asset maintenance, asset/fleet optimisation, supply chain & logistics, life-of-type extension, monitoring and support of remote facilities.

Clients: currently no defence clients due to entry into sector in 2026.
