Key Programs / Experience • Defence Industry Pathways Program (DIPP) o 12-month traineeship program delivered in partnership with South Metropolitan TAFE and the Department of Defence o Seven successful intakes, including a dedicated First Nations cohort o Recipient of a Bronze Navy Commendation in recognition of exceptional program delivery • Defence Industry Internship & Graduate Scholarship Program (DIIGS) o Established rolling recruitment model enabling continuous talent pipeline development o Delivery of work-integrated learning scholarships, internships, and graduate placements across five defence capability domains o Scalable and repeatable model supporting long-term defence workforce development o Over 200 placements projected across the program lifecycle
