Chillflow solutions has been serving the RAN for the past 10 years with HVAC & Refrigeration project and sustainment services. Being the OEM agents for chiller and HVAC equipment throughout the surface fleet Chillflow solutions are dedicated to providing the superior service on complex marine systems

Capabilities

Chillflow Solutions currently service the RAN fleet carrying out design, installation, mid life upgrades and sustainment works with the following capability

  • Refrigeration and cold storage - Currently working on all Navy surface vessels with design, installation and sustainment in WA
  • HVAC (air conditioning) and Chiller Systems - Currently working on all Navy vessels with design, installation and sustainment projects in WA
  • Chilled water system flushing, cleaning and restoration of demineralised technical water - We regularly carry out CHW flushing projects throughout the surface fleet (HMAS Adelaide, Canberra, Choules, Supply Stalwart)
  • Sea water systems and heat exchanger overhaul - We regularly carry out SW condenser cleaning and plate heat exchanger overhaul projects on RAN vessels in WA
  • Sea trials and deployed operations - Chillflow Solutions have remote readiness in our technical team and often carry out URFEF deployed operational breakdown and repair works for the Navy Fleet.

OEM Agency Agreements

  • J&E Hall (Daikin Marine) - We are the Australian OEM agents for J&E Hall which is the incumbent chiller plant equipment onboard LHD and LSD platforms
  • Frizonia OEM - Chillflow are the in country agents for Frizonia the OEM for all HVAC and refrigeration systems onboard the AOR platforms HMAS Stalwart & Supply
  • Bitzer Approved Agent - Chillflow are an approved service agent for Bitzer Marine - most of the Navy fleet have this refrigeration compressor equipment onboard for their provisions and cargo refrigeration systems.
