Pedco has supported Defence and defence related programs through the delivery of specialist steel solutions with our forming and fabrication services. Our history includes the manufacture of mild to heavy steel components engineered for demanding operational environments. Capabilities
Pedco Engineering is a wholly owned Western Australian manufacturing business specialising in steel forming and fabrication. We manufacture a broad range of formed and fabricated steel products for marine and industrial applications, delivering precision, durability, and repeatable quality outcomes.
Our capabilities include high precision pressed and rolled components such as hull sections, structural panels, engine housings, door hatches and ventilation ductwork. We fabricate large scale ducting and engine compartment components designed to meet ventilation, airflow management and structural performance requirements in machinery and engine spaces.
Pedco also manufactures custom tanks, pressure vessels and enclosures from carbon steel, stainless steel and impact resistant materials, along with formed pipework, reducers and fittings produced to tight tolerances for reliable system integration. Structural platforms, frames and support assemblies are fabricated to meet strength, safety and durability requirements. We additionally produce specialised heavy duty machined and fabricated components from hardened and exotic materials, including valve components, manifolds, mounting structures and mechanical housings.
All products are manufactured in Australia using advanced plate pressing, rolling, pipe bending and section rolling processes, supported by coded welding techniques including MIG, TIG, submerged arc and flux cored welding.
