Company commenced operations in Western Australia in 2009 with a vision to be the recognised leader within the fluid power industry through responsiveness, operational excellence and continuous improvement to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Hydraulic Energy has DNV-GL ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems in place and our core business was built on servicing the Oil & Gas industry, however over the years we have built a reputation for being a quality company that also services the marine, defence, mining and agriculture industries.
Hydraulic Energy Australia provides our business partners with engineering support, sales support, service technician support and we also have a large range of hydraulic tooling available for hire. We have a dedicated and experienced team of engineers, technicians and administration staff to provide you with the full spectrum of in-house and site based services. We offer a multi disciplined design service to create standard and custom engineering bespoke hydraulic systems through a lean project management approach.

Our engineering capabilities to design multidisciplinary fluid power systems include:
- Dedicated team to generate engineering solutions
- Technical interface management
- Planning and delivering system integration testing as part of equipment mobilisation incorporating HEA hire equipment
- Client provided equipment and new build equipment
- Document management system to manage client numbering requirements
- Prepare hydraulic schematic (2D) using AutoCAD
- Prepare fabrication
- Sub-assembly and assembly drawings (3D) using Solid Work
- Perform engineering calculations for client or third party review
- Prepare engineering work packs for modifications and refurbishment
- Engineering, procurement and construction management for turnkey projects
- Undertake regulatory approvals
- Generate all technical documents including but not limited to: drawings, factory acceptance testing procedure, site integration testing procedures, operational manuals etc and technical training.
