Successful Projects (SP) is an Australian-owned professional services consultancy that has supported Defence, government and complex infrastructure projects since 2011. Headquartered in Western Australia and operating nationally, SP delivers project planning advisory, program and project controls, contract administration, project management and workforce capability development through specialist training and advisory services.
Over more than a decade, SP has built its Defence capability by supporting organisations that require strong governance, schedule certainty, commercial discipline and delivery assurance across complex project environments. These services support Defence organisations to improve schedule certainty, delivery assurance, governance, commercial performance and workforce capability across complex programs. Supported by ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 certified management systems, DISP membership, JOSCAR registration and personnel holding individual security clearances, SP is well positioned to support Defence and national security-related projects.
Our recent experience demonstrates the practical value of these capabilities. SP provided planning, controls and delivery support on a Defence-related capital project valued at approximately $355 million, contributing to the project being completed 6 months ahead of schedule. We have also supported State Government programs through the implementation of robust program controls, governance and contract administration frameworks that reduced non-entitled claims by approximately 50%, improving transparency and protecting project outcomes. In addition, SP is currently supporting a major Defence program through project controls, planning and delivery assurance services designed to maintain schedule performance and support on-time project completion.
