KAW Engineering is a wholly, locally, Karratha owned and operated company that has been providing engineering and project support services across the Pilbara region for over 38 years. In this time the business has successfully delivered thousands of projects across a diverse range of key capability areas, notably:

KAW Engineering employ a 100% Pilbara local, live in permanent staff. We are proud of the diversity of our team with a wide mix of nationalities, backgrounds and genders. Our commitment to local business extends to our staff, currently employing just over 15% of our staff as local apprentices & trainees and more than 12% of our staff identifying as indigenous 1st Nations Australians.

Capabilities
KAW Engineering maintains a fully certified ISO Quality, Safety & Environmental Management System.This system was fully re-audited in 2021 and approved for another 3 years with no actionable no-conformances.
In 2019 KAW Engineering, expanded into a 3rd workshop facility in Karratha resulting in a current total combined fabrication space almost 7,000 m2. Our three workshops are designated as follows:

Safety record
- KAW Engineering has been operating since 1983 and in that time have never incurred a Lost Time Injury for any on site works.
- For all incidents, including near misses etc. we track and monitor through our Integrated Management System. All are reviewed and assessed by our management team and any necessary changes identified and implemented. Following this, any changes are monitored closely for effectiveness.
- 9 Years fully accredited ISO HSE Management System with 0 Major Non-conformance or significant at fault injuries.
