Overview

Hartway Galvanizers operates two Galvanizing Plants in the Perth Metro area with a combined 6000 tonne capacity per annum , with this capacity comes reliability , superior quality and lead times. The late founder Bernie Hart and his family have been in the Galvanizing Industry which began in the early 1900’s with Perth’s first galvanizing plant. The Naval Base facility built in 2009 offers large project capabilities with dips of up to 23m long and 11 x tonne in weight and 5 x acres of laydown and also services the South West of WA. Our Canning Vale plant can offer fantastic service and quality for fabricators in the Central and Northern Metro suburbs as well as Kalgoorlie and the Pilbara.

Capabilities

6000 tonne capacity per annum between the two plants. Single sections can be double end dipped up to 23m long. Kettle sizes 12.6m long x 1.4m wide x 3.0m deep. 10 x tonne lifting capacity on each gantry with dual lift up to 11 x tonne. Servicing clients such as Civmec , Austal , Fremantle Steel , Pacific Industrial , Allspec and many more
