Founded in 2016, Geodetica is an Australian-owned professional services company with a strong track record of supporting the Australian Defence Force, the Department of Defence, and the broader defence industry. Since its establishment, the company has delivered specialist expertise across complex acquisition, sustainment, infrastructure and capability programs, supporting clients throughout the Defence Capability Life Cycle.
Geodetica has successfully supported major Defence programs by providing program and project management, engineering management, commercial and procurement support, governance, risk and assurance, integrated logistics support, and project controls. Our personnel have worked across some of Australia’s most significant maritime, land and joint capability projects, partnering with Commonwealth and industry teams to deliver outcomes in complex and highly regulated environments.

Geodetica personnel have developed acquisition strategies, established program governance frameworks, coordinated complex stakeholder engagement, managed project risks and supported First and Second Pass capability development activities.
Geodetica has also provided specialist scheduling, project controls and earned value management support on Australia’s largest Defence acquisition programs, including the development and maintenance of integrated master schedules, integrated baseline reviews, schedule risk analysis and executive reporting to enable informed decision-making and effective program oversight.
In addition, our personnel currently support Defence through commercial and procurement management, integrated logistics support, engineering coordination, quality assurance, and governance activities across complex maritime capability and sustainment programs.
