25 Year strong Australian Marine Solutions provider that started with one Cray fishing vessel out of Geraldton (The Bhagwan) that now operates close to 100 MArine assets around Australia. Listing on the ASX in July 2025 we are now the leading ASX listed Marine company. We have supported the Defence industry nationally through Primes since inception however want to focus more on Defence as one of three growth sectors in the future.

Capabilities

Through our service lines of Marine, Vessel, Sub Sea, diving and Project Delivery we support both Ports and Inshore and Offshore Maritime Defence Industry. From Marine Infrastructure construction and Maintenance support through to Towage and Marine Logistics we have recently carried out Mooring Installation at Christmas Island for FranMarine though to a Frigate Tow from Darwin to Fremantle for Qube including supporting the likes of Duratech for the Dolphin upgrades in Darwin. We are eager to offer our Henderson facility and a marine based barge service to service HMAS Sterling.
