Allship Engineering is an agile, dynamic, and trusted provider of specialist repair services to the Defence Maritime sector; providing customer focused, cost-effective, and high-quality solutions to meet Defence capability.
Origins
Established in 2016 by Andrew Neaves and Chris Demos (Managing Directors), Allship Engineering is proudly 100% Australian owned. Since those humble beginnings, Allship has rapidly grown into a repair agent of choice to multiple Defence Projects and Prime Contractors and employs over 60 personnel with offices in Tempe (Eora country), New South Wales and Henderson (Beeliar Nyungar country), Western Australia.

Allship is a proud contributor to sustainment activities under the Warship Asset Management Agreement (WAMA), LHD Asset Class Prime Contractor (ACPC), Auxiliary Oiler Replenishments (AOR) and Offshore Patrol Vessel (OPV) projects. Allship staff maintain Defence clearances and to access Defence precincts and sites to optimise the availability and response of short-notice repairs.
